Regression analysis and Pearson correlation coefficient were used to analyze the data, and the t-test was used to compare the variables between two independent groups. There is no significant difference between the mental health of male and female students. Conclusion: Considering the significant relationship between self-efficacy and mental health in students, it can be said that people with higher self-efficacy have higher mental health.
